Basic task is to iterate and improve Shoop! Main focus of Shoop! is making it easy for people to sell online. So our main concern is the user experience of the app. We want to make it very simple for everyone. Quick loading, and compatible for most most smartphones. Our focus currently is on Android and iOS. UMKM pun butuh Personality Test!

Setelah agak lama nggak posting, kali ini saya akan awali dengan post yang ringan. Ini tentang manfaat test personality untuk rekrutmen karyawan UKM. Apanya yang dibahas? ya….., tentang pentignya dong.

Pertama, apa sih sebenernya test personality itu? well…. test personality adalah sebuah test kepribadian untuk menggolongkan kita pada beberapa arch type (kelompok dasar) sifat manusia. Tentu sebagian besar dari kita sudah pernah dengar 4 personality sbb: sanguinis, melankolis, koleris, phragmatis.

Itu hanya salah satu dari cara pengelompokan personality. Nah, favorit saya adalah MBTI atau sering disebut Myers-Briggs personality index. Kenapa? karena lebih dari sekedar mengetahui sifat dasar kita (dari 4 diatas) kita bisa mengetahui lebih jauh tentang preferensi diri kita. Selain itu, kita bisa tahu kelebihan kita dan kekurangan kita. Yang lebih menarik MBTI ini dikhususkan untuk karir.

So, dari sini kita bisa tahu karir dan tipe pekerjaan apa yang cocok untuk kita.
